We are aiming for early May 2027, focused on relatively easy walking in the Cotswolds of England.
We'll start the day with a hearty breakfast, have flexibility to explore small towns and villages and end late afternoons at a lovely inn or boutique hotel where your room and luggage await you - along with the beverage of your choice and a wonderful dinner.
The plan is to have a self-guided small group for faster walkers, complete with GPS, maps and backup support if needed ... and a fully guided small group for anyone who wants a more leisurely pace and stories about the area. Both self-guided and guided subgroups will reunite at the inn for dinner.
The Cotswolds is a bucolic region of rolling hills, meadows and strolls through iconic cobblestone villages. This trip is about being outdoors and staying active at a reasonable pace, with plenty of breaks to enjoy the locations. No steep inclines and no scrambles. Proper hiking footwear is required.
If you prefer to travel independently with only your family and/or friends, that can be easily arranged, so please ask.
